Bookings

Bookings can be made by telephone or e-mail. When bookings are made by telephone PIKAVILLA NERJA will require written confirmation by post or e-mail.

Minimum Stays

Minimum stay is 7 nights (we can somtimes offer shorter stays on request).

Confirmation of Bookings and Payments

Your booking will be confirmed once the deposit of 25% has been recieved, this should be effected by bank transfer.. The balance of your booking must be paid 4 weeks before your departure date, if your booking is made less than 4 weeks before depature the full amount will be required at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Should you cancel your booking the following charges will be made:

25% 30-42 days before deparure.
50% 29-15 days before departure.
75% 14-7 days before departure.
100% 0-7 days before departure.

Prices

The prices shown are for 7 days in euros and include the following:

7% Local Tax.
Water.
Electric.
House clean on arrival including linen.
Weekly cleaning and change of linen.

Local Conditions

When making the booking, clients must advise how many people will be occupying the house. We reserve the right to refuse admission to those not previously advised.

Key collection, you will be advised of a telephone number to call on arrival, you will be met and accompanied to your chosen property.

Animals are not admitted.

Damages

Should you find any discrepancy on arrival you must inform us immediately.Please also report any damages or breakages during your stay. We cannot be held responsible for for lack of services if not previously advised.

Changes

PikaVilla Nerja reserves the right to change your accomodation to that of a similar standard or higher should your chosen property be unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
